About The Retreat
We want to give women permission to invest in themselves or even ask their employers to invest in them. This retreat is aimed at businesswomen, particularly in senior roles. Evidence shows that women are leaving their jobs more now than ever. Julie & Rose are merging their skills and life experiences to collaborate and launch these incredible retreats for women, which will take place twice each year in the heart of the Cornish countryside. We want you to attend our retreat to give something back to yourselves, after years of giving yourself to everyone else. The itinerary has been specifically curated with our inspirational retreat guests at the forefront of our practitioners’ minds. We’ve walked your path, been in your shoes and we know exactly what you need. Across this inspiring and transformative weekend, you'll have time to deeply connect with your fellow retreat guests, in a nurturing and collaborative environment, with expert guidance the entire time. But what’s even more crucial is the relationship and connection you have with yourself. Your self-esteem, self-love and confidence is a top priority; we want you to step away from this weekend with a new sense of purpose, direction and passion. And this starts with you. We fuse together wholesome, nutritional food, dedicated wellness sessions, hand-crafted workshops and therapeutic modalities - underpinning the weekend with so much goodness and healing. Healthy non-alcoholic refreshments will be encouraged throughout the weekend. The host venue, Kilminorth boasts 14 beautiful Cornish cottages across its stunning site and the retreat will be delivered on an exclusive-use basis. You'll be in great company, with just your fellow retreat guests, practitioners and the core Kilminorth team available to assist you. The cottages range in size and bedroom configurations, with some boasting luxury hot tubs with countryside views. All cottages provide WIFI, comfortable beds and cosy breakout spaces, perfect for a moment of deep reflection following a powerful workshop during your retreat experience.
