‘Roam’ is all about exploring within and introducing to our clients techniques and methods that allow us to build self awareness. Because out of self awareness comes the chance to choose differently in our everyday and create our own reality. It allows us to find ways to bring about a sense of ease in life, through the ups and downs, because life is ever changing. Hence, our unique blend of Ayurveda, Yoga and Metaphysics allows you the chance to feel and notice, what resonates for you, all within a nourishing, supportive and relaxing environment.
Our daily Yoga classes cover Vinyasa & Yin alongside conscious breathing, mindfulness and meditation exercises. Classes are taught with the intention of assisting you in establishing a daily routine of health and wellness, to deepen your understanding of yoga and holistic philosophy, both on and off the mat.
In addition to Yoga classes we also incorporate self inquiry sessions each day, in which we will discuss ways that the Metaphysical Philosophy and Ayurvedic Principles can help us find this ease in our daily lives. Like Yoga itself, these two practices, can lend a deeper understanding to phrases such as “take the yoga off the mat” and “you are NOT your thoughts”. We discuss in more depth, what these phrases actually mean to us individually, and how can we apply them in our “day to day” life.
We want to enable you to head home with more space and ease in your heart, through your body, and in your thinking. Also, with the ability to find that place of calm, time and again, each day, amid the changing surroundings and experiences of daily living.
Expect wonderfully tasty, home cooked and nourishing meals each day. You can expect every meal to be “food for the Soul” complimenting the teaching and insights of each day. Created with love by our wonderful little chef Monika, mealtimes are more than just eating on a roam retreat. We keep our retreats small in numbers, as we feel its important to maintain an intimate and supportive size group, so with the nourishing food and the conversations meaningful, mealtimes are a natural extension of the day. Our previous guests have found this time as memorable as the teachings.
