We love running. We love to keep running by looking after our running bodies - through yoga, massage, strength, nutrition. We love to run regardless of the terrain. Trail running, road running, hills, speed runs and slow runs, running with friends, running to clear our head, running with our dogs! This retreat is aimed at ALL levels of runner - whether you have many medals, are new to running or like to run for freedom & fun - this retreat will be sure to help you get the best from your time on your feet! 👣
We will share tried and tested techniques, tools & practices that proved to have helped both, us in our running endeavours, as well as our runners, improve form, efficiency endurance and most of all longevity.
We want you to run & have fun. During the stay you will experience idyllic runs for all levels of runner; run sessions run technique coaching , run specific strength & flexibility classes, informative talks & workshops on managing & preventing injury for those who want to learn plus a 30 minute sports massage.
