This invigorating weekend is a combination of daily yoga flows with garden workouts, local walks in nature and cold water swimming in Loch Katrine. Royal Cottage is the perfect retreat location, situated down a private road with no other houses in sight and uninterrupted views of Loch Katrine. There's time to unwind and relax alongside an itinerary that involves plenty of movement and opportunities to push yourself!

What level of yoga do I have to be to join?
We can tailor our weekends to all levels so please don't be put off if you are a beginner. Each yoga & fitness session will have variations for the abilities within the group.
Can I come to the retreat on my own?
Yes! Most of our guests come on their own to the retreat or occasionally we have two friends join. Our group size is kept small and intimate which means everyone is great friends by the end of the weekend!
Do you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes we can cater for all dietary requirements as long as we know beforehand.
