This retreat is being held at the most Southerly tip near Dondra Head Lighthouse. A hillside paradise nestling in tropical trees above a small sandy bay. A true slice of paradise surrounded by the most breathtaking nature along the shores of Sri Lanka. This beautiful island has long inspired artists, spirituality, creativity and dreamers. This retreat is centred around Soul Seeking. During our 8 days together you will rediscover yourself over and over again and come home to yourself. Frequently Asked Questions

Can I come by myself?

Yes. Lots of people come on retreats alone. It's the perfect opportunity to take time for yourself and reset as well as meeting likeminded people. Many of our guests make lifelong friends on our retreats.

Do I need to bring a yoga mat/props?

No - everything is provided.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes - please let us know when booking.

What is the food like?

The food is delicious, home-cooked, plant-based, authentic Sri Lankan cuisine made fresh.

Can I go on my phone?

This retreat is yours to enjoy and get the most out of. You may want to take photos or turn off your phone completely - it's your choice.

Will I have time to explore?

Yes! During your free time each day you could head to the beach, snorkel, surf, get a massage, visit local points of interest and more.

Can you help me arrange my transfer?

A wonderful, cocoon of well-being was created by Rosie and her team. The yoga, the food, the environment, all were designed to facilitate our feeling amazing and it worked. I booked a weekend with Rosie to keep a friend company, not really knowing what I was letting myself in for. It was perfect timing as I had just left a job due to being bullied and I was at a very low ebb. I expected yoga which I do regularly but the combination of her gentle but challenging style, combined with the meditation and reflection time was just what I needed. Very highly recommended.
