Nestled along the breathtaking South Coast, this adventure-packed weekend is back by popular demand for the sixth year. It's an ideal solo travel experience, allowing you to rediscover yourself while connecting with a fantastic group of like-minded, active people. ​ If you love being active outdoors, then this trip will not disappoint. This fitness retreat has everything from yoga to HIIT training to Functional Strength & Conditioning. Your training will be varied, allowing you to get involved in a bit of everything. While there will be plenty of sweat, there's still time for some chill-out, relaxation and plenty of fun!

Do people come alone?

Over half of our guests are solo travellers. Joining a fitness retreat is a safe bet for solo travellers because you're guaranteed to meet people with similar interests.

Do I need to be super fit to take part?

Not at all! Everybody's fitness levels are different. If you want to train hard, sure, we can help you with that. If you want to take it easier, you can do that too. Remember, all of our activities are optional. This is your holiday. Take it at your own pace and enjoy yourself!

What's the food like?

Delicious! We have bespoke menus in each of our destinations. They are created just for us and feature a fine pick of local cuisine.

An awesome experience! If you're looking to meet new people, enjoy being active, want to improve fitness and wellbeing, and have fun, I would highly recommend this retreat. Emily and Chris are inspirational, warm, and welcoming. The activities and fitness classes are well thought out with something for everyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey.
