We invite you to come and discover one of the top 10 recommended retreats for 2023 by The Guardian, held throughout the year on the beautiful Coast of Cardigan Bay, Southern Snowdonia, Mid Wales. This retreat will include a selection of five star activities to help improve your wellbeing as you re energise yourself into spring! Includes flow and restorative yoga, therapeutic treatments, scenic walks, cycling, sound journey, wild swimming, mindfulness and evening entertainment! Specialist Retreat Chef Kirsten Huesch will offer delicious seasonal vegan food, plus a cooking lesson! A hot tub, cold water ice bath and fire pit are available at all times for guests to relax and enjoy! Held in a stunning converted gothic chapel on the Coast of Cardigan Bay Mid Wales, our guests can expect luxury and comfort, Eight rooms available (most rooms ensuite) for this special spring retreat.
