9:00AM - 10:30AM
This could be an Upper Body focused workout - focusing on strength protocols and specific movement patterns - or a sweaty HIIT with the team. Our training itinerary is varied and optional.
10:30AM - 12:00PM
Explore the countryside, discover all of the outdoor activities available or simply sunbathe by the pool. This is also a great opportunity to have 1-1 consultation with your coach.
12:00PM - 1:30PM
Enjoy a buffet style lunch prepared for you by our chefs.
1:30PM - 3:00PM
This could be a sweaty conditioning session, or perhaps a more skill-based session. Our coaches specialise in strength, Calisthenics and more, giving you the opportunity to discover new movement.
3:00PM - 6:00PM
It's your retreat, your way - time to relax, canoe or grab some mountain bikes to explore the surroundings! Prefer to socialise? Head to the bar area to find ping-pong tables.
6:00PM - 7:30PM
Enjoy a freshly cooked tasty meal and a glass of wine or beer - all prepared by our chef on site with some ingredients picked from the grounds!
7:30PM - 8:30PM
Wind down with gentle Yin - this practice allows you to slow down, relax, and turn inward, which helps alleviate stress and restore your energy levels.
8:30PM - 10:59PM
Enjoy drinks and cocktails with your fellow retreaters
