Coached by an experienced team from Starks Fitness, Bristol, England who will guide you through a series of training methods and styles including strength, endurance, calisthenics and yoga. We strive to provide the highest level of service and ensure you leave our Retreat with a very happy Mind, Body & Soul. Session 1 - Strength - Upper Body - our first session of the day focuses on strength protocols with a focus on specific movement patterns

Breakfast & Downtime Opportunity to have 1-1 consultation with your coach

06:30AM - 07:15AM

Your choice of a Gentle Yoga Flow into a Guided Meditation or Metabolic Conditioning

07:30PM - 22:59PM

Bar - drinks and cocktails with the chance to play some ping pong with your fellow retreaters

Outdoor Activities / Downtime / Sunbathe Opportunity to have 1-1 consultation with your coach

Session 2 - Skill based or Conditioning - Calisthenics

Outdoor Activities inc paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming or mountain biking. Downtime - sunbathe / relax

Dinner - enjoy a freshly cooked tasty meal and a glass of wine or beer. All prepared by our chef on site with most ingredients picked from the gardens

Your choice of an Energised Yoga Flow or guided Run through the hillside

Yin Yoga - a restorative yoga session in a peaceful environment amongst nature

Session 2 - Skill based or Conditioning - Modified Strongman

Handstand Workshop - for those of you who wish to explore perfecting handstand technique or simply learn the absolute basics to get started - be guided with our expert coach by the pool.

Dinner - enjoy a freshly cooked tasty meal and a glass of wine or beer. All prepared by our chef on site with most ingredients picked from the gardens

12:00PM - 13:30PM

What’s Included

  • A shared (single occupancy available on request*) room in our newly refurbished farmhouse, or choose our cosy and authentic glamping teepees

  • Full access to our newly built outdoor infinity pool and hot tub

  • Daily outdoor activities including canoeing, paddleboarding, hiking and mountain biking

  • All meals including breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks. All meals are freshly made by our resident chef using local and seasonal produce

  • 1-1 consultation with an expert coach to discuss personal goals. Compose your retreat schedule, discuss nutrition and plan your post-retreat journey

The Starks Retreat was something I thought I would never be able to do - I thought it would be for fitness levels way higher than mine. How wrong was I!? The coaches were amazing, the equipment was varied and inclusive, the venue was sensational and the yoga was nothing short of beautiful, Emily was the best yoga instructor I’d ever had…

The best 5 day holiday I’ve ever had. Great to be with like minded people, great trainers and all in a fantastic location. A river to swim, kayak and SUP. Mountains to walk, run or ride a mountain bike. Training facilities to suit all people and standards of strength and fitness. Trainers that adapt quickly to the client’s expectations. Just brilliant, confirmed my booking for next year.
