About The Retreat
The day retreat with Stewart Gilchrist includes an immersive workshop going through the 4 practical aspects of Ashtanga yoga: asana, pranayama, mantra and dhyana. Stewart will illustrate how the five Yamas are integrated into our daily practice. Breathwork, mediation and strong asana practice! Be prepared to sweat move and breath while learning both physically and mentally. This will be an immersive experience for yogis who want to deepen their practice. It is therefore not suitable for complete beginners. Join us in Brighton for this wonderful experience!
