About The Retreat
Held on the mid coast of Wales surrounded by hills, waterfalls, lakes, forest and the beach, we will encourage you walk, swim, exercise and enjoy lots of wonderful activities during your retreat. We'll also help you to relax with therapeutic treatments, time in the hot tub and healing sound bath. You will be nourished by delicious vegan food and lots of fresh juices, a cooking lesson is all part of the summer solstice retreat to help you with new tools for staying healthy! You will leave a special glow, refreshed and energised! Guests stay in beautiful converted welsh chapel with luxury in mind, most room have en-suite facilities that can be sole occupancy, twin or king beds for sharing with a friend or family member.
