About The Retreat

This escape is located on the Island of Lefkada, famous for its turquoise waters, beach coves, monasteries, museums, and mountainous villages, oozing with unique charm. Lefkada is called the Caribbean of Greece' thanks to its exotic natural landscape and scenic beaches. Our resort is perched between two bays overlooking the Ionian Sea, with infinity pools and observation decks to bask in the sun and enjoy nature’s soundtrack of the waves gently crashing to shore. Expect sunrise ocean swims, mindful flow practices, post-yoga sunbathing, evening restorative practices and sound baths. You will be staying in luxurious modern villas, with a touch of Mediterranean design to celebrate tradition and heritage. With the most picturesque view overlooking two amazing bays, each villa has its own infinity pool, offering the perfect space to be completely lost in the moment and take in the sea breeze. With 4 bedrooms and a large entertaining space and a spacious lounge area to unwind and relax. All rooms and lounge areas have air conditioning. Practice overlooking the Ionian Sea and mountains. The fully equipped indoor yoga shala has floor-to-ceiling windows to embody the surroundings, immersed in nature and tranquillity. Mornings will begin with breathwork into a vinyasa practice or yoga workshop and to embody the art of slow living, evenings will be restorative with some special sound bath sessions throughout the retreat! We believe a retreat is only as good as the food! Every meal on retreat is an experience of connection and an opportunity to nurture the body and feed the soul. You will experience a wholesome food journey of Mediterranean flavours, inspired by traditional Greek recipes using local produce. We can cater for all dietaries. Please let us know on your booking form if you have any dietary requirements. We have a special day trip included throughout the retreat. You will board a private yacht for the day to embrace the island way of life by boat. Take in the scenery, laze on the sun deck overlooking the turquoise blue waters, dramatic coastline of cliffs and quiet coves, and truly embrace true slow living, as we venture towards Scorpios Island and Meganisi. This retreat will be your ultimate escape to restore balance and embrace the sunshine, where yoga meets the ocean, culture, and history. We love yoga, travelling to dreamy places and creating magic that happens only on a retreat!

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I come alone?

Absolutely! A yoga retreat is a great place to make new friends and meet like minded people. You are welcome to book a single room or we can pair you up with other solo travellers for a shared room (double room) if available. If for some reason there is no one to pair you with for a shared room, you would need to pay for a single room.

How many people will be on the retreat?

This retreat is capped at 12 students so everyone feels supported and connected. We love to create an intimate environment to create community while still giving you the freedom to be able to do your own thing when you like.

What food can I expect on retreat?

Only the best! We love food and it is such an important part of the retreat experience. We work with our venues to curate a beautiful menu of fresh and local cuisines. Typically meals are communal and a time to connect and share. If you have any dietary or medical considerations, please let us know in your booking form.

Are flight and airport transfers included?

Flights and transfers are not included in the retreat price.

How do I get to the retreat venue?

We recommend flying into Preveza Aktion Airport (PVK international airport), just 45 minutes away from Lefkada. There are direct flights from London via easy jet. We can help you organise a transfer to/from the airport to the venue. Please let us know upon booking if you require assistance. We can help make your transport to your venue easy & stress-free!

What should I bring?

We will provide you with a suggested packing list for each retreat. We always recommend a swimsuit, sunscreen, hat, walking shoes, journal, reusable water bottle and of course, comfortable athletic wear for the duration of your retreat.

Who is this retreat for?

Our retreats are available to anyone who is wanting to take a week off from their busy life and experience a week of yoga, nourishing food and connect with like minded people in the most dreamy places. Whether you’re a regular practitioner or new to yoga, you’re all welcome and will be fully supported. We will be moving our bodies a lot on retreat so please let us know in your booking form if you have any injuries, health conditions or recent surgeries so we can cater for you.

Do I need to have a regular yoga practice to attend?

All of our retreats are availale to the beginner yogi to the advanced and the non-yogi partner or friend that is brand new to yoga. We are all about inclusivity and inspiring people to live their lives to the fullest in a healthy way.
