About The Retreat
This Retreat will help you see your divorce as an opportunity to build solid foundations for the rest of your wonderful life. Workshops are designed to help you build those foundations strong and kind, rather than full of anger and cracks. Our expert will also be sharing with you her top tips for saving money through your divorce that’ll increase your sense of self-worth, and self-empowerment. We want you to feel not only more in control of the financial fears but confidently able to manage the Divorce Mind Monkey fears so your future looks less scary. Connect with other women going through a similar experience, share your stories in an open, honest, authentic and calm healing space.

Workshop themed on why reclaiming your power through separation and divorce is foundational for the rest of your life Tools and practices to get you reconnected to yourself.
1:00PM - 2:00PM
Two course healthy buffet lunch in the Clock Tower restaurant or the Terrace (weather permitting).
2:00PM - 4:00PM
Talk on how to manage conflict and why kindness and compassion for yourself first, are the keys to thriving rather than surviving. Refreshments / break.
4:00PM - 6:00PM
Time to relax, rest or use the gym, swimming pool, sauna, steam room or enjoy the beautiful surroundings Spa treatments available upon request.
6:30PM - 8:00PM
Three course set menu in private dining room.

We take a non-refundable £150 deposit. If for whatever reason, you cannot attend – you can defer your space to a future retreat based on availability.
