Explore different yoga styles, such as Hatha, Vinyasa and Power Yoga, and deepen your practice through guided meditation sessions, fostering inner peace and mindfulness. Evening sessions are slower, yet sometimes challenging for the body minds. We will explore Yin, Sound and Yoga Nidra to settle ourselves before a good nights rest. Specialist Workshops: Delve deeper into specific aspects of yoga and wellness through specialised workshops. These workshops provide opportunities to explore advanced yoga techniques, delve into topics like breathwork and asana masterclasses. Ceremonies: Experience the power of sacred rituals and ceremonies that honor ancient traditions. Engage in ceremonies like fire rituals, full moon ceremonies and intention-setting ceremonies, allowing you to connect with your inner self and the natural world around you. Sharing Circles: A time for talking from the heart, these circles provide a safe space for participants to express themselves, share insights, and connect with others on a deeper level. Positioned as an open space for people to speak their truth, sharing circles encourage authentic communication and personal growth. Nature Immersion: Embrace the healing power of nature through mindful walks and the beauty of the 12 acres of Fair Oak Farm. Connect with the natural surroundings, soak in the beauty of the environment, and experience a deep sense of grounding and rejuvenation. Massage Treatments: Indulge in moments of self-care and relaxation with optional massages available on selected days. Do you provide yoga mats?

Fair Oak Farm has yoga mats and yoga blocks. However, feel free to bring your own.

Can I join the retreat alone?

Absolutely! Prepare to be surrounded by like minded people. Start as strangers and leave as family.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes we do! Please make them know when you book so our catering team can curate your meals to suit your needs.

I can’t express how beneficial I found the entire experience, having arrived super stressed, negative and going through a really tough phase of life .The amazing setting, serenity of the countryside, inspiring yoga and meditation sessions together with the great food was exactly what I needed to escape. A perfect balance of classes and downtime, together or alone just to be.

I really enjoyed the retreat. Oak farm was the perfect venue for a relaxing week. The yoga sessions were enjoyable and my accommodation was fantastic. A lovely group of people and was it was great to share meals together. I'm looking forward to returning next year!
