About The Retreat
A gorgeous weekend away in the english countryside where you can enjoy twice daily yoga, sound baths, delicious meals and holistic facials. Thrive. Time to invest in your wellbeing. Immerse in the little East Anglican oasis that is West Lexham with your hosts Alice and Corrie. Join us on what will be our 3rd year returning to this wonderful venue, with a dream team of retreat professionals. We pride ourselves in creating safe, inclusive spaces for you to take time for yourself, pause from the hustle and bustle and nourish yourself from the inside out. This year we intend to focus on additional strength training techniques to support the yoga asanas. Having gone through pregnancy in the last year, Alice has found a gentle yet consistent strength training programme has supported her recovery and leapt her into motherhood. Feeling strong and positive throughout pregnancy and beyond was a blessing as it prepared her for the next enormous task…So I encourage you to pour into yourself. Give yourself time, attention, compassion, nourishment whenever you can. These retreats are a great way to give yourself just that.
