About The Retreat

As the buttercups unfurl in the bright green fields surrounding the retreat house and the days become brighter and warmer, come and take a sacred pause and lean into the sweet potential that hums within your cells. This 4 day immersion is an invitation to unfurl, recalibrate and to reconnect to a state of flow & vitality in every aspect of your life. There will be twice daily practices including embodied yoga, explorative movement, inversion play, meditation, journalling & TRE (Trauma releasing exercises) all designed to support you in coming alive and finding a sense of deep and loving embodiment on every layer.

Itinerary

1Day 1

3:00PM - 9:00PM

4 pm - Arrive, settle in to room and house. Meet other guests, drik tea and have snacks 6:30pm - Grounding Practice & intention setting 8:00pm - Our first dinner together.

2Day 2

6:30AM - 11:30PM

7:00/ 7:30 - Awoken from slumber by the gentle morning chime. Greeted with teas, snacks, hugs and a sunrise in silence 8:00 - 10:00 Morning Practice, including slow, explorative yoga and movement, meditation, journalling, embodied enquiry 10:30 - 12:00 BIG Beautiful Brunch

11:30AM - 4:30PM

Time to rest, bathe in the hot tub, take a swim, have some body work, read a book, take a forest walk, swim in the pool, curl up by the fire with a book or take a nap

5:30PM - 7:00PM

2nd Practice: This will include Restorative Yoga with Reiki, TRE (tension & Trauma releasing exercises and sharing circles

7:00PM - 8:30PM

We dine together and share stories and giggles ahead of an early, restful night

3Day 3

6:00AM - 11:30PM
