Beautiful, tranquil Manda Bay is roughly a 20-minute boat ride
from the ancient Arab town of Lamu, which is now a World
Heritage Site and is one of the oldest continually inhabited towns
in East Africa. We will visit Lamu town during our retreat to
experience its stunning architecture and rich culture as you take a
stroll back in time.
This retreat will be hosted at Manda Bay Hotel for four nights,
followed by Salsabila Dhow for two nights. However, we
understand that boat adventures aren't for everyone, and you are
more than welcome to join us for the Manda Bay Hotel part only.

Our delicious meals will be prepared in the open-air kitchen at the boat's bow and served at the dining table on board. Once night falls, we will sleep beneath the stars on the dhow's deck, waking with the breathtaking landscape's magical sunrise and panoramic views.
