I attended the Wild Thing retreat in September. It was my first retreat and won’t be my last! The woodland location was perfect, the food throughout the weekend was delicious and I loved the variety of yoga practises (advanced enough for some in the group but still accessible for others with less experience).

The retreat was a dream. So relaxing from start to finish. Sadie expertly created a space where it felt ok to do whatever you wanted, join in, enjoy some solitude, eat as much as you wanted, have a drink (or not), go to bed early/stay up late, and the bit I expected the least but enjoyed the most was the connections we made as a group.
