Hypnotherapist and Yoga Teacher, Grace will guide you through a nourishing, flow based yoga class. Helping you to get out of your head and into the body. Weaving in elements of her Therapy work with meditation and gentle reminders to leave you feeling empowered from the inside out.
BREATHWORK WITH JAMIE CLEMENTS:
Breathwork coach and mental health ambassador based in London. Having discovered breathwork over three years ago, the practice had a profound impact on Jamie, significantly improving physical and mental wellbeing. Jamie believes that breathwork is the most universal and powerful tool that we all have access to change our minds and live healthier, happier lives. Jamie will guide you through a 60-minute conscious connected breathwork session where we'll be using the breath to access altered states of consciousness, clear & process emotional baggage, and work with the subconscious mind. Breathwork gives us a chance to fully connect with ourselves and come home.
GONG BATH WITH RESHAPE LIFE:
Joe Summerfield will guide us through an incredible Gong Bath, which is a totally immersive mind and body experience. You can think of it as an induced meditation, but it offers so much more. A masterfully crafted gong can be an incredibly powerful tool: a uniquely resonant instrument that produces long rolling waves of vibrations with layer upon layer of rich harmonic undertones and overtones. The sound isn’t only received by your ears, but the frequencies resonate through your whole being. In this way, the music of the gong induces meditation while facilitating balancing and healing on a mental, emotional, physical, and energetic level. Attending a gong bath is a deeply relaxing, restorative, and healing experience. They are easy for anybody to access, as all that is required of you is to lie or sit comfortably, covered, wrapped, or supported in whatever way you choose.
