About The Retreat
Only 5 minutes from the wild Atlantic Ocean, our luxurious home will become a safe haven and cocoon for all things deeply nourishing for body, mind and soul. Imagine a retreat where time slows down - your mornings are long and lazy and you are encouraged to move your body with ease. Divine meals are created to foster a sense of warmth and grounding, crafted to not only taste delicious but also inspire and nourish you from the inside out. Evenings unwinding to blissful sound therapy guides you to sleep. Your body is gifted embodied, somatic, restorative movement and the touch of skilled massage therapists leaves you feeling renewed. Time for reflection, reading, easy conversation and enjoying a cup of tea in the hot tub, embracing our natural instincts for hibernation fill the day. This retreat is dedicated to those who find joy in a gentler and slower pace but mainly, for those who feel they need to learn to embrace it. Hosted by Amy, a travel addict and passionate yogi, her retreats were born out of the idea that yoga and travel should (and could be) accessible and fun to all.
Itinerary

6:30AM - 7:00AM
The tea is brewing and the fire is being lit, come and join us for a brew before yoga if you wish.
7:00AM - 8:30AM
Morning yoga. Turn up in your pyjamas if you wish, we will spend time leisurely, flowing slowly and mindfully and indulging in plenty of time for Savasana.
8:30AM - 9:30AM
Breakfast time! The coffee machine is on and a delicious breakfast is served.
10:00AM - 12:30PM
Let's head out for a stroll along the beach with a flask of tea and watch the waves roll in. Then, come back and relax or squeeze in a massage before...
12:30PM - 1:00PM
Light lunch, casual style so you can grab and go to a comfy spot or join us at the table, you choose.
1:00PM - 4:00PM
Relax. Grab your book and snuggle into the sofa. Have a blissful massage. Maybe treat yourself to a nap, write in your journal or hang out in the hot tub.
4:00PM - 6:00PM
Join us in the studio for two hours of bliss. Starting with some gentle, somatic movement and restorative postures to ease you into ultimate comfort ready for your sound bath with Kate.
6:00PM - 7:00PM
Ready and waiting is a delicious, candle-lit dinner and dessert in the dining room. Afterwards, you can relax and socialise or just head straight off to your super comfy bed.

Will yoga equipment be included?
Yes! Everything you may need is provided for you but of course, you are very welcome to bring your own mat too.
I have dietary requirements, will that be ok?
Of course! Our chef is exceptional and able to cater to any of your dietary needs.
I am pretty new to yoga, is that ok?
Yes! This retreat is all about gentle and restorative yoga that will be suitable for all levels.
Am I OK to come on my own?
Yes, but you will most certainly leave with new friends.
