About The Retreat
Using the disciplines of yoga, meditation & massage to create a state of physical, emotional & mental balance; enabling you to embrace, rather than begrudge the darker months of Winter. Combining the expertise of our individual disciplines of precision based yoga and outcome based clinical massage therapy we guide you through a series of practises to help build resilience, clarity, focus and energy. With the objective of creating a state of physical balance and a calm state of mind we hope you will come away with a renewed vigour that you will allow you to embrace, rather than begrudge the darker months of Winter.
