About The Retreat
The essence of this weekend is taking some time out to relax before the hectic festive season. Our team helps you to see this retreat as an opportunity to enjoy this darker, hibernation time of year. We give you permission to slow down. The retreat is tailored to be in sync with the slower rhythms of nature that this time of year presents. Stroll through the walled garden, and majestic wooden gates to the oak framed building. With its lovingly hand crafted oak beams, high ceilings and under floor heating, it makes the ideal space for yoga and mediation practice. Bask in the rising sunlight during morning yoga and then enjoy settling down into candle lit relaxations in the evening. You will leave so calm, content and chilled ready to take on the busy festive time ahead.
