Our winter wellness retreat offers the opportunity to connect back to the nature in the form of snowy walks, yoga and outdoor snowy yoga (weather depending), outdoor winter activities, spa and massages.
There are no dietary limitations, so whether you're a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan, like a glass of wine or not, you're more than welcome to join us.

Winter Wonderland and a complete switch off in one of the most blue months of the year! We will be doing some amazing snowy walks and hikes, hop on a cable car and enjoy stunning winter scenery, relax at your hotel's spa, where you can also book some treatments. We will practice gentle yoga daily, which is sutiable for all levels.
You will have an unlimited entry to your 4* mountain hotel spa with the opportunity to book various treatments, and if that's not enough, you'll have a jacuzzi session available to book on the roof of your hotel with mountain views.
Our retreats have been designed to take you out of your day to day life and bring you back to nature and yourself.
In terms of your fitness levels, the walks and hikes are suited to everyone with a fairly good fitness level. There are no extremes, however, please make sure you're able to walk for a longer period of time (approx. 3 hours).
