About The Retreat
Retreat to the Kent countryside and escape for the weekend on our winter wellness yoga retreat. Our venue is situated near Sevenoaks in an area of outstanding natural beauty surrounded by fields and woodland. This venue is special because it is an established organic farm and regenerative 500-acre estate that produces 50% of its own energy and has a commitment to biodiversity and self-sufficiency. Looking after the environment and people is at the core of what they do. Join us on this retreat and enjoy a low-carbon retreat experience, whilst relaxing in your cosy bedroom or living spaces in front of a roaring fire. Enjoy a walk around the estate and explore its gardens and vegetable patches and ancient woodlands.

Can I join as a beginner?
Yes, the classes are suitable for all abilities, from beginners to intermediate and advanced levels. Everyone is welcome. We have a range of inspiring and experienced teachers who are well practiced at adapting the class to everyone’s level.

I really enjoyed the weekend, my boss just told me I look bright and glowing! Loved the early morning walks and meditating in the green fields. I had a really great teacher and it felt so good to practice yoga again. The food was delicious and our room was very cosy! Thanks so much!
