About The Retreat
Our Yoga day retreats are designed to offer a day full of well-being goodness. On arrival each person will receive a goodie bag filled with our favourite wellness treats. We will then start off with a welcoming yoga and meditation session held in the beautiful barn, followed by a nourishing vegetarian cream tea style lunch. Walking it off with a meander around the beautiful nature and then the rest of the afternoon will be spent with festival style fun and bubbles poolside. On site we also have a highly recommended masseuse, offering a range of treatments *additional cost. This retreat will take place at Boho Farmhouse based in the stunning Kent countryside just outside Sevenoaks. The yoga sessions will be held in a beautiful barn, Boho Farm also boasts fantastic outdoor spa facilities (pool, hot tub and sauna) providing the perfect way to chillax after our morning yoga session.
