This retreat is all about finding the balance between Yin and Yang. On this early Summer escape we will be staying in a beautiful manor house in Norfolk.
Surrounded by acres of beautiful countryside, a restful night’s sleep in a comfy bed, time to unwind, relax with a book, chatting with the other yogis, delicious food, walks in the countryside or by the coast and waking to herbal tea and fresh smoothies. You will have Yoga in the morning and evening, meditation, self-enquiry, breathwork sessions, journaling and beautiful people to share it with.
The intention with this retreat is to welcome people into a healing and regenerative space. Take this time out of the rush of the world to do something for yourself, be close to nature, relax, unwind and find some more balance.
Yin & Yang – The mixing of these two energies is what makes life possible. When our yang and yin energies are balanced in Eastern terms, our Qi/Prana/Lifeforce flows smoothly and promotes a good state of physical and emotional health. In Western Medicine terms, the Yin Yang balance is the balance of the Autonomic nervous system (that which we cannot control!) We need to spend less time in ‘fight or flight’ and more time in ‘rest and digest’.
Please note: All levels are welcome on the retreat, you do not need to be an experienced yogi however you will get the most out of the retreat if you have practiced yoga before.
