About The Retreat

A yoga retreat gives you more time to explore asana, pranayama and the deeper foundations of yoga. Curated to ensure you feel welcomed, nurtured and able to restore your vital energy. On the beautiful island of Zakynthos in Greece you will be offered the perfect balance of yoga, meditation and breathing techniques along with time to swim in the Ionian Sea, wander the beaches and local town or relax in a hammock in among the olive trees. Ali, your host, believes yoga should be non judgemental and encourages you to be present with your body and breath without ego or expectation. Through daily yoga, meditation, pranayama, journalling and time for self-reflection this yoga retreat is designed to invoke a sense of awareness and curiosity whilst reminding you to live life with joy.

Welcome: fresh lemonade made with fruit from the garden trees, served with almond cake and fresh fruit and cheese. Get to know your hosts and teacher.

3:30PM - 5:30PM

Settle in. Explore the surroundings. Head to the beach.

5:32PM - 7:00PM

Welcome YOGA session Get to know your fellow retreat participants. Set intentions for the week ahead.

What a wonderful yoga retreat. Stunning location, gorgeous food but most importantly a beautiful atmosphere amongst the participants. All thanks to Alison who is not only an exceptional yoga teacher but who is great at organising extracurricular activities. I will definitely be returning.

I have been on this retreat twice and both were fantastic. Alison is the best teacher. So grounded and calming and knowledgeable about yoga. She brings the phsyical and spiritual together in a lovely way. Great location too. Fantastic food and the rooms are spot on. I will be back next year!
