A 4 day retreat featuring yoga, meditation, sound healing and plant based cookery workshops to nurture your body and soul.
Take time out for yourself (with a friend perhaps?) and accept our invitation to move slowly, rest quietly, and be held by the gentle countryside surroundings, waterfalls, and secret paths of Plas Cadnant. You will be nourished with wholesome food and good company, and nurtured with gentle yoga and meditation.
Kate will assist your journey to go deeper into different practices like Hatha and Restorative Yoga. Meditation, Mantras, Yoga Nidra, Sound Healing, journaling and so much more in a gorgeous and peaceful natural setting.
Catherine will be providing delicious vegan food for every meal, including some you have prepared yourself during your Cookery Workshops with her. If you haven't experienced a fully plant-based menu before, this is an ideal opportunity to learn about the variety of foods (both sweet and savoury!) that you can enjoy. You will receive recipes to take home so that you can continue your plant-based learning when you get home from your retreat.
