The Retreater

Spring Equinox Yoga Retreat in the Cotswolds

About The Retreat

Set in The Dower House on the Badminton Estate this experience is themed around three pillars; Movement, Nature and Connection: from morning runs, dynamic and restorative yoga, a connecting walk through Badminton Deer Park, a heart opening Cacao Ceremony, Wild Foraging with an eccentric luddite, and delicious plant based food prepared by a talented professional chef; some produce of which is sourced by onsite organic market garden. We believe, if everyone was in a better mental state, with their basic need of connection satisfied; then people have the calm headspace to connect deeper, maximize opportunities, and live more healthful, joyful and societally conscious lives.

An absolutely phenomenal experience at Badminton. The unique programme they have developed really does allow time for people to connect with one another, nature & themselves. Gaby & Bella are such gentle, thoughtful & competent hosts with phenomenal attention to detail and have a warming approach where guests feel safe, heard & inspired. The food was absolutely out of this world.

A really thoughtful schedule with lots to do, but time to rest as well. I loved the yoga with Bella. I feel like a different person. The food was very healthy and delicious with salad straight from the garden. Wonderful walks. Interesting discussions and ceremonies. A favourite part for me was learning about woodland, foraging and nature with Neil. He’s superb. Like minded lovely people and a beautiful location. I couldn’t recommend this more for anyone wanting to recharge.
