Arriving on Tuesday 18th October for a 3 day countryside retreat at the stunning Fair Oak Farm, you'll be greeted with autumnal treats and chai teas from the kitchen, before settling into your unique accommodation space and an afternoon of expert-led yoga classes.
Wednesday morning offers an invigorating dynamic flow class, before a wholesome breakfast is served around the farmhouse table. Our focus is to nourish and indulge you in every aspect of your stay with us. From meditation, to food, to massages, to space to breathe and cosy up with a book by the fire. It's a time solely dedicated for you to look after yourself.
On Thursday before you depart, more scrumptious delights from the kitchen and classes await, to send you on your way, refreshed, revitalised and renewed, from the inside out.
