Our Signature Surf & Yoga Retreats in Cornwall is where the magic happens. Mornings are spent reading the water, testing out your balance, throwing yourself into something and giving it all a go – followed by afternoons of rest & relaxation as you start to slowly unwind with every salty air and coastal breath you take.  We want you to feel like you've challenged yourself, but in a totally do-able way. 

Who's it for? Well if you’re relatively active and share a love for the outdoors and adventure, you’re going to love it! 

THE 2 SURF SESSIONS: 
🏄‍♀️ Two hours of fun! Unlock a potential new hobby or, improve skills if you're already a surfer.
🏄‍♀️ Zero pressure, small groups and a highly supportive environment.
🏄‍♀️ When you're in the sea and on that board, you're not thinking about anything else!
🏄‍♀️ Prefer to body board? No problem, easily arranged. 
🏄‍♀️ All equipment included, welcome to bring your own if preferable.

DAILY YOGA SESSIONS : 
🧘‍♀️ Yoga is the perfect friend to surfing, preparing your body for the pre and post sessions in the water.
🧘‍♀️ Beautiful sessions led by your gorgeous host, Amy, a fully qualified and nurturing instructor welcoming all levels.
🧘‍♀️ This is dedicated time to relax and take care of yourself, both mentally and physically and becomes a very welcome addition to the daily routine. 

Cornwall is one of the most beautiful places in the UK and we'd love to take you on a gentle walk along the coast paths to take in the incredible views and breathe fresh life into your lungs. Entirely optional. Some people do just love to snuggle back into bed and read. From tidal pools to the crashing waves on the beach, we can be in the sea and taking full advantage of what is on our doorstep for anyone fancying extra activities. 

We will have a private chef to cook all of your meals. Delicious, nutritious meals thoughtfully planned and cooked for you. No hidden costs for meals out. 

You'll stay in a beautiful coastal villa in Watergate Bay. Just 500 metres from the beach, meander down to your surf lessons and head back for post surf chill and relaxation in the stunning landscaped gardens with hot tub.
