This retreat is all about balance, with three (optional) varied workouts everyday you’ll have the chance to move your body in a way that feels good and still have plenty of time to relax by the pool, eat some great food and make some new friends. 

Our luxury Grecian villa only sleeps 16 guests, so expect an exclusive experience, with a swimming pool, tennis court, volley ball court and beach access there’s something for everyone. 

Everyday our two personal trainers will be hosting fun HIIT sessions throughout the week, and our guest coach Sophie will be teaching handstand workshops and mobility sessions.

Take a day trip to Spetses where we’ll cycle round the whole island, switch off on our boat day, and test your speed at our track running sessions.
